Job Description
The Field Service Tech 1 is responsible for maintaining Light & Wonder products and equipment at customer locations, performing scheduled periodic maintenance, and responding to assigned customer service calls.
Requirements
- Learn and understand L&W gaming products, including theory of operation, abnormal operation, basic troubleshooting, and repair.
- Safely use common hand tools and keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle in a safe working condition.
- Provide high quality service to customers and complete service calls and preventive maintenance on L&W equipment.
- Install, set up, and configure L&W products and equipment at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot to the board or sub-assembly level using common-sense troubleshooting techniques, internal diagnostics, and functional testing.
- Support other technicians with scheduled installations, equipment moves, and equipment returns of L&W equipment.
