Job Description
Join Light & Wonder's Gaming team as a Field Service Tech II and install, maintain, and troubleshoot award-winning games at customer sites. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic tests, and complete accurate incident reports.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required
- One year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
- Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals
- Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision
- Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally
- Good problem-solving skills
- Travel requirements may include working at other facilities within our department
