Field Service Tech II

We are looking for a Field Service Tech II to cover NW Indiana and install, maintain, and troubleshoot our award-winning games at customer sites. Perform preventative maintenance on EGM’s and ETG’s, ensure proper operations, and complete accurate Incident Reports.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Gaming licenses as required
• One year experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices
