Job Description
Join Lightedge as a Data Center Facilities Tier III Technician to manage and maintain our data centers and critical facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to take your skills to the next level in an industry-leading company.
Requirements
- Coordinate maintenance work with core data center infrastructure vendors
- Work with contractors and vendors to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with data center equipment
- Install servers and network devices into racks with associated network cabling
- Facilitate and lead data center tours
- Coordinate the design and layout of new rack and cage environments
- Respond to and resolve alarm events affecting infrastructure and services
- Follow established Change Control processes
- Share and mentor technical knowledge and operational experience with team members
- Available for on-call rotation to support non-business hours
