LightEdge Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in IBM Power Systems and IBM i environments to help customers modernize, optimize, and scale critical infrastructure platforms. The ideal candidate will design and architect solutions, lead technical discussions with customers, and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver outcomes that align with business and operational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, or related technical consulting roles
- Strong expertise with IBM Power Systems, IBM i (AS/400), PowerVM, and IBM PowerVS
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, hosting, and hybrid cloud environments
- Experience presenting technical solutions directly to customers and executive stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
