Technical Trainer

LightEdge Solutions is seeking a Technical Trainer to create, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs, as well as maintain technical documentation and curriculum.

Requirements

• Prepare and conduct technical training programs and sessions for new hires and existing employees
• Create and maintain technical documentation and curriculum
• Assist with identifying training resources to define operational growth paths
• Present training workshop and refresher courses to employees
• Identify operational problems and determine specific training needs
• Conduct individual and team skill gap analysis
• Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process
• Track training tasks and goals in applicable platforms
