LightEdge Solutions is developing the IT solutions that will propel businesses forward over the next 10 years. Our Technical Trainers are responsible for creating, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs.
Requirements
- Prepare and conduct technical training programs and sessions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and curriculum
- Assist with identifying training resources
- Present training workshop and refresher courses
- Identify operational problems and determine specific training needs
- Conduct individual and team skill gap analysis
- Gather feedback from trainees and instructors
- Track training tasks and goals
