Direct Support Professional (RBT)

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (RBT) to work with children with autism in a center-based approach, providing ABA therapy and helping them reach their full potential. As a RBT, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans and track progress. You will receive paid training to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and have opportunities for advancement and growth.

Requirements

• Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
• Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
• Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
• Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
• Full range of motion of hands and arms.
• Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
• Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
