Direct Support Professional (RBT)

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (RBT) to work with children with autism in a center-based ABA therapy setting. As a RBT, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality therapy and help children reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based approach.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based and naturalistic therapy setting.
• Track and document progress for each child as you implement custom therapy programs.
