Lighthouse Games is seeking a Principal VFX Artist to elevate the quality and immersion of VFX elements in their games. The role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, establishing quality benchmarks, and driving the development of efficient pipelines and processes.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Art Director and cross-disciplinary teams to shape and execute VFX vision
- Establish quality benchmark and offer mentorship to team members
- Develop and implement efficient pipelines and processes for VFX content creation
- Engage in planning and budgeting for VFX production
- Maintain clear communication channels with team members
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in VFX production
- Contribute to the growth and development of the studio
