Requirements

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams
• Identify potential risks and challenges early in the development process
• Proactively resolve conflicts and obstacles to minimise disruptions
• Manage the end-to-end development process of multiple gaming projects
• Maintain a keen eye for quality and ensure that all aspects of the game meet established standards and objectives
