Job Description
The Director of Men's Recovery Services oversees the Ascent Home for Men at Lighthouse Mission Ministries (LMM), a long-term residential recovery program that hosts up to 40 men experiencing homelessness. The Director is responsible for the care, leadership, and execution of the program, including day-to-day operations and implementation of strategic direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Addiction Recovery, Biblical or Christian Studies, or a closely related field
- 4+ years of directly related experience in ministry, emergency shelter, and/or recovery program management
- Experience working with the issues of homelessness, poverty, and domestic violence
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and collaborative management skills
- Expertise in case management, trauma-informed care, and addiction recovery
