Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Chief People Officer by performing a wide range of administrative and operational HR duties at Lighthouse Mission Ministries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, an eye for detail, and a heart for Christ-centered service.
Requirements
- 3-5 years HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, HRIS systems (BambooHR experience a plus!)
- Agreement with LMM's Statement of Faith and Life & Personal Covenant
- Active church/prayer life and a heart for ministry
