UX Researcher

Lightricks is an AI-first company creating next-generation content creation technology. The UX Researcher will plan and execute research, work closely with teams, and translate findings into actionable insights to shape product direction and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX Research, with a strong background in B2B user research
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human related field
• Experience using varied research methods and knowing when and how to apply them
• Excellent, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
