Job Description
AvePoint is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their product design team. The role involves leading deep-dive ethnographic studies and stakeholder interviews to uncover complex problems and define the future roadmap. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of UX research experience, expertise in both generative and evaluative methods, and a proven ability to build a user recruitment program.
Requirements
- 4+ years of dedicated UX Research experience
- Mastery of both generative (discovery) and evaluative (testing) methods
- Pipeline Management: Proven ability to build or optimize a user recruitment program from the ground up
- Collaboration: Experience working in a high-functioning design team where research directly informs UI/UX iterations
