Job Description
AvePoint is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their product design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing discovery, professionalizing the testing pipeline, and providing data-driven insights to inform product design decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of dedicated UX Research experience
- Mastery of both generative and evaluative research methods
- Proven ability to build or optimize a user recruitment program
- Experience working in a high-functioning design team
