Job Description
Lightship is the first American all-electric recreational vehicle manufacturer. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team to build high-quality, all-electric recreational vehicles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of ~20 or more technicians/associates in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, engineering drawings, and production scheduling
