Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist the Senior Project Manager to manage projects to construction completion in Australia and New Zealand. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all projects are built safely and in accordance with LSBP and legislative HSE requirements, and will also be responsible for developing and fostering strong working relationships with the New Zealand and Australian teams and at global level to support business development.

Requirements

• Ensure all projects are built safely and in accordance with LSBP and legislative HSE requirements of the relevant country
• Manage all construction aspects of Renewable Energy projects from early works through to commissioning and completion
• Develop and foster strong working relationships with the New Zealand and Australian teams and at global level to support business development
• Construction reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Delivery of good practice PM systems and controls
• Provide input into LSbp Tendering & Contracts team to select the optimum EPC and Network Service Provider (NSP) contractors from RFP to contractual negotiations and final selection
• Facilitating strong interaction between both business development and assets management departments
• Prepare budget and time schedule for assigned projects, ensuring the project is built in accordance with the same
• Ensure assigned projects comply with the requirements of the applicable permits and contracts
• Managing project handover from construction to operations ensuring early involvement
