Chef(fe) d’équipe, Comptabilité corporative

We are looking for a Corporate Accounting Team Lead to join our Finance team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a solid expertise in technical accounting combined with a passion for leadership, automation, process improvement, and technology adoption to modernize the accounting function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or in a firm (audit)
• CPA designation
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Experience in complex technical accounting (lease contracts, capitalization of commissions, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate and correct variances
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-specialists
• Collaborative work spirit and team leadership
• Interest in AI and process optimization
