3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment, a strong sense of ownership, and fluency in business-level French and English

8+ years of experience in commercialization, 2+ years of experience in team leadership, and advanced analytics and problem-solving skills

8-12+ years of growth marketing experience, 5+ years of team management experience, in-depth understanding of marketing tech stacks, solid analytical skills, and excellent communication skills

Sales or call center experience, strong communication skills & technology knowledge, and proactive/agile mindset are required. Fluent English is essential
