Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a business partner or consultant to leaders in a complex and rapidly evolving business environment
• In-depth knowledge and practice of adult learning principles and various leadership development approaches
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and leading programs for senior executives and high-level leaders
