Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our Finance team. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading our global tax function and providing operational leadership to our Tax team.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in taxation, ideally combining experience from a public accounting firm and in-house taxation
- A CPA designation
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and American taxation
- Experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, and government subsidies
- Strong team management skills: leadership, performance management, mentorship, coaching, and development
- A keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Comfortable handling sensitive documents
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
