Job Description
Lightwave Dental is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement operations, vendor management, procurement system management, and facilities management for a Dental Service Organization with 100 practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain management, preferably in healthcare or dental services
- Proven experience managing procurement systems
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, including maintenance and regulatory compliance
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software; familiarity with dental-specific systems is a plus
- Knowledge of dental supplies, equipment, and industry standards is highly desirable
