The Company is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to own the full scope of Lightyear's marketing strategy and execution across Product Marketing and branding. The ideal candidate brings together a data-driven, analytical mindset with hands-on B2B marketing experience and a hunger to build and own a high-performance marketing function.
Requirements
- Lead Lightyear’s Product Marketing and Branding function with full ownership of product positioning and messaging
- Lead content strategy and collaborate on content creation to support awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration
- Own paid media, organic search, and LLM / AEO visibility strategy and execution in partnership with agency partners
- Shape and manage all agency relationships
- Evaluate and expand into new customer acquisition channels
- Own significant portions of the overall marketing budget
- Own website conversion metrics
- Drive improvements in marketing attribution accuracy
- Proactively drive and lead key strategic marketing initiatives from design through execution
