Lead Engineer, Research

Role Overview

The Lead Engineer, Research is responsible for maintaining building systems, ensuring safety and providing high-quality service to tenants/clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants and clients.

What You Will Do

Completes maintenance activities, responds to tenant calls, assists in the operation of life safety and fire protection systems, and recommends general maintenance purchases.

Why It Might Be a Fit

7-10 years’ experience working on complex mechanical, electrical & HVAC systems, knowledge and experience in the use of building automation systems (BAS), and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED and/or vocational training
• 7-10 years’ experience working on complex mechanical, electrical & HVAC systems
• Knowledge and experience in the use of building automation systems (BAS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
