Job description
Lead Engineer to supervise day-to-day operation of the day shift, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building systems.
Ensure routine PPM is carried out, complete reactive tasks, and maintain plant in serviceable order. Provide parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works.
Experience in maintaining tight humidity & temperature control conditioned environments, knowledge of Heating & Ventilation / Air Conditioning and building support systems, and experience on CAFM system.
