Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager for our North Rhine-Westphalia region. As a strong generalist, you will own and shape the end-to-end operational performance of our properties across different cities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields
- At least 5+ years of proven experience within operations in a fast-paced environment
- Native German language skills and very good communication skills in English
- Ability to organize projects, appointments, and work as a team player
- Hands-on mentality and ability to take ownership and tackle challenges
