Quality Control Agriculture Engineer

Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality and performance criteria. The role involves reviewing instructions and SOPs, evaluating problems on the farm, and implementing practical and economic solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Systems or related field, preferably in a farm or agricultural company.
• Good knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Experience in reviewing and updating agricultural instructions and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of training techniques and methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
