Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Systems or related field, preferably in a farm or agricultural company.
- Good knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
- Experience in reviewing and updating agricultural instructions and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of training techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
