Serve as a plant resource for line improvements, line automation, and product flow equipment. Work with manufacturing engineers and project engineers to reduce costs and remove non-value-added material from production lines.
Requirements
- Electrical or mechanical technology degree or equivalent
- Trade license in Industrial Electrical Maintenance (442A)
- Electronics Technician/Technologist Certificate, Electrician Qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in CNC and robotic repair/ programming
- Understanding of electrical / electronic schematic diagrams, blueprints and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- Ability to refer to quality specification forms and evaluate damaged mechanical equipment
