Job Description
The Production Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Collecting and scanning production reports
- Identifying reoccurring time issues
- Maintain cross training and skills matrix for the Foundrymen levels I, II, III and Inspector levels I and II
- Assist in critical spare part inventory control and monitoring
- Collect, compile, and submit supervisor overtime hours to payroll
- Assist Superintendents on scheduling weekend overtime coverage on the shutdown plan spreadsheets
- Assist Operation Manager in any other projects or duties assigned
