Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, College Diploma, or related experience in information technology or related field
- 7 years of IT experience
- Proficiency in IT systems and software applications
- 3 years supervising an IT department, group, or team, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in network support, including routing, switching, firewalls, and ip telephony
- Experience working in an IT department with ITIL processes and a service desk system
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail and proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
