IT Supervisor, Network

The Supervisor, IT role involves overseeing technical teams and projects, improving processes, and ensuring effective communication to support organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leading and managing an IT team, collaborating with other teams, staying updated with the latest technologies, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, College Diploma, or related experience in information technology or related field
• 7 years of IT experience
• Proficiency in IT systems and software applications
• 3 years supervising an IT department, group, or team, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in network support, including routing, switching, firewalls, and ip telephony
• Experience working in an IT department with ITIL processes and a service desk system
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail and proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
