Product Engineer II, Driveline

This position, Product Engineer II for Driveline, focuses on ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (OSASHA 18001, ISO 14001, TS 16949), as well as supporting Linamar’s core values and design activities. The role involves leading lean initiatives, maintaining department standards, and ensuring product quality through design, development, and validation. It involves supporting customer technical needs and ensuring manufacturability.

Requirements

• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements
• Design, develop and validate products with adherence to engineering disciplines
• Perform change management activity
• Manage and coordinate CAD/CAE support of projects
• Utilize problem solving techniques
• Participate in value analysis
• Manage and coordinate CAD/CAE support of projects
• Support DFMEA, DVPR, and Control Plans
• Master the MS Office suite
