Test Technician

The Test Technician role is an integral part of an international team focused on agricultural machinery development, involving hands-on field testing of prototype machines. This is a 6-month term position requiring problem-solving and team collaboration. The technician will work with Engineering leaders, engineers, and product managers to identify challenging field conditions, manage logistics, and prepare equipment for testing. The role involves writing reports, designing jigs, and data analysis.

Requirements

• University Engineering or College Engineering Technology program
• Familiar in the operation of farm machinery
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Windows and Office Software
• Good interpersonal relations
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong planning and administration abilities
• Ability to work in both team and independent settings
• Extensive experience with data acquisition systems
• Strong Mechanical abilities
