Job Description
The Actuarial Development Program (ADP) at Lincoln Financial Group is an industry-leading program that demonstrates Lincoln Financial’ s commitment to creating highly qualified business leaders. As an ADP participant, you’ll be able to explore your unique interests while developing the essential actuarial, technical, management, communication, and leadership skills you need to succeed. In this role, you will produce the quarterly and monthly valuations for Lincoln’s variable annuities and RILA blocks of business, and partner with internal stakeholders to analyze and gain insights into results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of actuarial experience
- Demonstrated accountability
- Strong execution and time management skills
- Driven and motivated to produce high quality work and meet reporting deadlines
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- ASA designation with the commitment to continued progress toward obtaining the FSA designation within the expectations of the Actuarial Development Program
