Job Description
Lead a team responsible for translating complex annuity product and risk requirements into well-governed, production-ready analytics and application data capabilities. Translate business needs into clear, complete, and testable requirements for technology teams.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or risk technology functions within financial services
- Strong understanding of annuity and life insurance products
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Experience innovating and transforming fragile or manual data workflows into scalable, well-governed, repeatable processes
