Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager(s) in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred with 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with teammates, leadership team, vendors, tenants, and client employees
