Director, Acquisitions & Development

The Director of Acquisitions & Development will develop new market expansion and densification strategies, source and evaluate new real estate acquisition and development opportunities, and manage capital returns.

Requirements

• Source and evaluate new real estate acquisition and development opportunities
• Lead underwriting and financial modeling to assess investment viability
• Oversee due diligence
• Analyze and evaluate business needs to align project requirements and costs
• Perform site evaluations and make recommendations
• Lead and collaborate with various departments throughout the development process
• Oversee entitlement, design, construction, and scheduling processes
• Develop feasibility modeling, including capital costs budgeting
• Manage multiple complex entitlement and development projects simultaneously
