Bartender, National Geographic Quest & Venture

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Bartender for its National Geographic Quest & Venture ships. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and sales of the bar and guest lounge area, as well as wine service in the dining room. The role requires a physically demanding environment with sustained physical activity, remote travel, and limited personal space.

Benefits

• Daily compensation: $110–$120 base rate plus $50 guaranteed gratuity
