The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of electrical and electronic systems across assigned vessels. This role serves as the primary shore-side technical lead for shipboard electrical matters, supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, drydock planning, projects, compliance, and system reliability across the fleet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent maritime technical qualification
- Chief Electrical Officer certification or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting electrical systems in passenger vessel or comparable maritime environments
- Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, safety practices, planned maintenance systems, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
