Job Description
We are looking for support staff for a service desk in Hoogeveen, operating 7x15. The support is remote (telephone and remote tooling) on mostly cash register systems, possibly retail management systems, hand scanners, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and stress resistance are essential
- Basic knowledge of Windows environment is necessary
- Experience with POS systems, hand scanners, inventory management packages, or in supermarkets is an advantage
- Experience with helpdesk or service desk tools (ticket systems, service management systems such as TOPdesk, remote tools) is an advantage
- MBO4 or 3 + experience, preferably ICT or Retail with knowledge of systems
