Job Description
The Manager, Women’s Basketball Operations assists the head coach with monitoring academic performance, reporting on compliance, tracking community service, organizing team travel, overseeing fundraising efforts, arranging practices, and other responsibilities. The position requires a strong understanding of NCAA and OVC rules, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basketball playing and coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of NCAA and OVC rules, policies, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
