We are seeking a well-rounded individual who can perform maintenance duties on a variety of industrial equipment. The maintenance technician will work independently at times and as a team to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain plant Electrical, PLC, Robotics, and Control systems
- Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Identify and resolve problems before they become costly
- Knowledge and utilization of lean manufacturing.
- Basic computer skills, performing basic tasks in maintenance software (CMMS).
- Required to maintain plant safety and housekeeping.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with maintenance staff and others.
- Work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities.
- Must be able to understand and complete work assignments.
- Must have Welding, fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, advanced electrical, and machining skills
- Available after hours for down equipment, snow removal, or any other urgent plant items.
- Other duties as necessary.
