Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex onsite issues related to clinical diagnostic equipment and software. Contribute to product management and new product introductions, identifying issues related to design, reliability, and maintenance, and collaborating with global engineering teams to improve product quality. Provide advanced technical support to customers by leveraging a broad range of technical expertise, helping to build strong and trusted relationships.
