Manager, Customer Intelligence

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Customer Intelligence Manager to design, implement, and manage programs that collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback. The role requires expertise in customer feedback methodologies, advanced data analysis, and proficiency with customer experience feedback management platforms like Qualtrics. The Customer Intelligence Manager will work to enhance business outcomes and customer retention by analyzing customer experience and satisfaction across all critical touchpoints.

Requirements

• Manage the execution, evaluation, and refinement of customer intelligence and Voice of the Customer (VoC) strategies
• Define and oversee methodologies for measuring customer experience and satisfaction
• Conduct omni-channel customer feedback collection and analysis
• Design and optimize surveys, interviews, focus groups, and digital listening posts
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data
• Develop and deliver regular dashboards, reports, and presentations
