Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician on the Performance Management team at LINK, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance repairs and services to apartment residents at an assigned multi-family apartment community.

Requirements

• Complete tenant service requests
• Participate in the make-ready/turn completion process
• Ensure the community meets the highest exterior aesthetics standards
• Work closely with a team of skilled supervisors and technicians
• Coordinate and manage vendor and subcontractor projects within the community
• Ensure property maintenance meets company quality standards at all times
• Manage other projects as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
