US Payroll Supervisor

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a US Payroll Supervisor to support the overall management of US payroll operations. The role will lead daily US payroll processing activities, ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of US payroll experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience processing payroll across multiple US states and jurisdictions
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or similar HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong working knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance and procedures
• Advanced experience with computer software applications including Word, Excel
