Job Description
Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a US Payroll Supervisor to support the overall management of US payroll operations. The role will lead and coordinate daily US payroll processing activities, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and identify opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of US payroll experience in a high-volume environment, experience with ADP Workforce Now, and strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of US payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience processing payroll across multiple US states and jurisdictions
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or similar HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong working knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance and procedures
- Advanced experience with computer software applications, including Word and Excel
- Proven ability to mentor and coach a team of high performing professionals
- Experience with payroll tax audits, income tax forms, benefits administration, employee expenses, and payroll accruals
