Linqia is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building great candidate experiences from first outreach to onsite interviews.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to the San Francisco office 3x per week
