Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Children’s Social Worker Team Manager to join a client's Adoption Team in Seaham, England. This role involves co-leading two adoption teams, driving performance and service improvements, and acting as Panel Advisor for Stage 2 assessments. The position requires expertise in adoption practice and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in adoption
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Registered with Child Employment Services (CES) for eligibility assessment
