Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking a Team Manager to join its client at Dudley’s Care Leavers Service. The role involves managing a team of Personal Advisors, providing support to children transitioning to independence, and applying best practice social work skills. They focus on pathway planning, referrals, and ensuring young people achieve employment or education.
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Support children transitioning into independence
